The house is set in unlit countryside

We have lighting in the car park and entrance porch.

The house driveway is set off of the St Clears to Llanboidy road: The first 200 yards being unmade track. The driveway then becomes tarmac and turns left down a slope to the house. The parking area is gravel. The house is set on slopping land. Cars can be driven to the front door for the less able to exit but must be parked in the car park some 20 feet away.

The entrance to the house is via 3 shallow steps. There is a handrail on the left hand side. The entrance hall has a non-slip mat on a tiled floor.

The breakfast/dining room is set on the ground floor (next to the front door). The guest sitting room is also set on the ground floor.

All guest bedrooms are on the first floor. The steps are normal risers, totalling 13 steps, which are carpeted, there is a banister rail.

Our bedrooms are carpeted. There are plugs in the room set at waist height for easy access to kettles, hairdryers etc. All TV’s are remote controlled. The two double rooms have en-suite shower room, which are 3ft x 3ft and are fitted with handle rails. There is a handrail next to the toilet in one of the double bedrooms. The flooring is cushion flooring. Our twin bedroom has an en-suite bath and shower. The shower has a handrail. Shower/bath mats are available for all rooms on request. The floor is carpeted. Our rooms have very good lighting and have excellent natural light. Non feather pillows only. We use sheets and blankets, duvets available on request.

The house is not suitable for wheel chair users.
