Superb indoor facilities - available April to mid October only.

Indoor Hydro Aqua trainer exercise swimming pool is available for our guests use and is a short walk from the house.  This pool also has two relaxing bubble jet massage seats. 

We also have a Sauna, fitness equipment and shower and toilet facilities. 

The 17ft HydroSpa Aqua Training Pool® as used by Olympic swimmers for training, by swimming against the current.  However, the pool is suitable for all abilities – swimmers and non swimmers alike.

Fitness Facilities

The first hour’s use of the fitness facilities is free to our guests.This is exclusive use for two people.  If you wish to extend the hour; there will be a small charge of £5.00 per person.   As these facilities are very popular, this cannot be extended by more than one hour.  Giving a maximum of two hours exclusive use. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TIME RESERVED INCLUDES INSTRUCTION IN USE OF EQUIPMENT AND CHANGING INTO AND OUT OF SWIMMING COSTUMES, WHICH MUST TAKE PLACE IN THE CHANGING ROOM PROVIDED.  NUDE SWIMMING IS NOT PERMITTED.

There are alternative facilities locally close by at Llety Cynin, reasonbly priced at £7.00 These include ar 40ft heated indoor swimming pool with counter current, a luxurious 5 seater spa, an 8 seater Tylo sauna and fully equipped state of the art gymnasium.

The coffee lounge serves speciality teas and coffees, cold drinks and snacks in a peaceful environment and outstanding facilities.

The facility closes at 9 pm.

The pool facilities may be closed from time to time should maintenance become necessary  If the water is corrupted or the pool damaged – it may be necessary to close the pool for repair and maintenance.  This unfortunately is beyond our control.
