Accomodation Rates

2nd January to 28th February £40.00 per person - £80.00 per couple 1st March to 31st May £45.00 per person - £90.00 per couple 1st June to 30th September £50.00 per person - £100.00 per couple 1st October to 22nd December £40.00 per person - £80.00 per couple 27th December to 2nd January £40.00 per person - £80.00 per couple     Single occupancy of double/ twin room please add £12.50 - Per person room rate.   10% discount on all reservations 4 nights or over. Bed & Breakfast only. Discount does not apply to other offers or discounts. Fitness Facilities The above rates includes 1 (one) hour exclusive use of the fitness facilities per day. To avoid disappointment this must be booked in advance, as the facilities are very popular. The hour is strictly monitored and includes all use of the facility including changing/showering and other activities related to the use of the facility.. No refunds/discounts can be applied the facilities are not used. All credit cards are accepted – excluding Amex and Diners. Two course suppers available only two nights a week - Monday to Friday – At least 24 hours notice is required at £20.00 per person. A Light supper of home made soup and sandwiches available with 24 hours notice 7 nights a week at £10.00 per person. Please note that we have excellent restaurants locally. Please let me know when booking if you would like me to make a reservation for you at a local restaurant. As these restaurants are highly regarded and very popular, it is often necessary to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. We also have excellent pub/restaurants a short drive away. Small charge for dog (one only) - £5.00 per night.

SUPPER:
2 Courses		£18.00 per person.
Supper is served at 7pm (19:00), by prior arrangement twice weekly.

IMPORTANT:     We request that guests vacate their rooms by 10:30 am and that guests are most welcome to arrive anytime after 3.30pm (15:30). However, if you are going to arrive later that 8pm (20:00) we respectfully request that you inform us of your expected arrival time. Credit card details are required to secure a reservation. Reservation confirmation is made either by post or e-mail. Non-arrivals will be charged £30.00 per person (£37.50 for single occupancy), for each night of the booking, unless we are able to re-let the room, in which instant no charges will be made. If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation, PLEASE inform us as soon as possible to avoid any misunderstandings. Any damage caused, no matter how caused, must be paid for together with any loss of business caused by such damage. To cover against cancellations and other unforeseen eventualities we strongly recommend travel insurance. By making a booking you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to the above outlined terms and conditions and furthermore that you agree to be bound by them.
