Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. We require credit/debit card details to secure your reservation. We do not take monies from the card as a deposit. Card details are held against the room. However, should you fail to arrive and take up your reservation; a charge will be made against your card for the full amount of your booking. If you do not supply card details, full payment for the reservation is required on booking.

2. If the person making the reservation is different to the person taking up the occupation the person who makes the reservation may be held responsible for non arrival /damage or loss from their credit/debit card.

3. Please let us know as soon as possible, should it become necessary for you to have to cancel your reservation.

4. Should it become necessary for you to cancel your reservation with less that 7 days notice, we reserve the right to charge you for the accommodation, unless we are able to re-let the room(s). We recommend that you take out Travel/Holiday Insurance to cover you in such circumstances. Please remember your reservation is a binding contract under British Law.

5. If you are delayed in arriving or expect to arrive after 8pm, please do let us know as soon as you are able.

6. Accidents happen. Please let us know immediately of any damage or spillage so that we can clean or repair. Failure to inform us will result in a charge being made for damage subsequently found.

7. Item(s) taken from the room(s) without consent will be charged for.

8. Coedllys Country House is a completely non - smoking home. This is made clear in all our advertising. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IN THE HOUSE. Unfortunately, some guests have been found smoking in the house. If it does become necessary to ask a guest to leave, for whatever reason, full payment for the reservation will be taken from the credit/debit card. There will also be a charge made for the cleaning of the room(s). A charge for cleaning the room will also be made, should it be subsequently found that smoking has taken place in the room, after the guest has vacated. These monies will be taken from the credit/debit card given at the time of your reservation.
