6 Calle Moscu

An air conditioned year old property with spacious living areas, fully furnished with 2 double sofas, a 6 seater dining table and chairs, covered outside patio with table and chairs, accessed through the lounge. A fully equipped kitchen provides access to the garden. The downstairs is completed with a light and airy hallway and a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs is the master and two twin bedrooms with the family bathroom. The master bedroom has its own balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers and a spacious fully equipped marble en-suite. All rooms provide large fitted wardrobes.

Marble (downstairs) and wooden (upstairs) floors along with window shutters keep the house cool from the hot sun. The windows are all double glazed and the house is protected with an alarm. At the top of the road two communal pools, one of which, a children's pool can be found with changing facilities. A less than five minute walk takes you to the Estepona tennis club, open to non-members, with clay courts, large swimming pool, snacks and bar

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Estepona is a short drive away from the more widely known town of Marbella, which provides a large shopping mall, night life and superb beach. For those who enjoy a touch of class, Puerto Banus, which is on the way to Marbella, has a wonderful marina, designer boutiques and superb restaurants.
For those who enjoy cultural aspects, there are Roman, Moor and Christian historical sites to be visited in the region; these include Castillo del Nicio, La Ermita del Calvario and The Watchtowers.
Estepona is one of the few coastal towns that have succeeded in maintaining its charm and character. Numerous street cafes and tapas bars still serve traditional Spanish delicacies and the steep, cobbled, narrow streets seem more suited to horses than cars. You'll also find unusual shops and bodegas in Estepona, where you'd least expect them.

Estepona / Jardine de Lomas Altas area.

There are opportunities locally to enjoy, horse riding, golf, sea fishing and water sports, as well as the facilities at the Estepona Tennis Club. There are also a number of beautifully landscaped public parks located in Estepona.
Right in the centre of Estepona is the towns’ most popular beach, La Rada Beach. It is quite expansive and backed by a modern sea front promenade for the entire length (2.6km). There are also beaches at El Cristo, El Padron and further to the east or west of the town.
The Estepona Marina is situated at the west end of the seafront promenade. This is a very pleasant place for a stroll and there are some magnificent boats moored here. There are also a wide variety of excellent bars and restaurants. There is a popular tourist market here on a Sunday morning.
